For communication, a cloud-based STARFACE phone system was deployed, offering flexible usage – including mobile access and home office integration.
A key highlight was the development of a custom CRM system that consolidates multiple portfolio platforms and centrally maps all customer-related processes. The setup was further enhanced with Microsoft 365, featuring professional email archiving via MailStore, as well as a multi-layered backup strategy hosted on redundantly designed ASM servers.

When we needed a powerful yet affordable customer management system in 2019, ASM-IT delivered a well-thought-out concept for a completely new IT infrastructure within a very short time. In 2024, a major CRM upgrade followed: automation workflows, advanced reporting dashboards, and a modernized user interface further accelerated our processes. In 2025, we reached another milestone with the introduction of the STARFACE telephone system, including AI-powered call routing and speech analysis — making our customer service measurably faster and more personal. Thanks to continuous server monitoring, remote access, and extremely fast response times, ASM-IT resolves potential issues before our team even notices them. The project included the implementation of a hardware-based on-premises telephone system, which can also be used independently of location thanks to a dedicated VPN server and an integrated Firewall-as-a-Service solution. In addition, antivirus software was deployed to secure all end devices.
Internet connectivity is provided via a high-performance DSL connection through STARFACE, ensuring stable voice and data communication. Furthermore, we completely redesigned and implemented the new PS-Finanz website — modern, responsive, and user-friendly.

Our services began with the procurement and setup of the complete IT hardware, including workstations, peripherals, and network technology. Since then, ongoing system maintenance and the assurance of network security have been provided as part of a customized IT support concept.
To enable effective collaboration, a hybrid storage solution was implemented, combining a local NAS system with a cloud-based component — ideal for flexible work in the office or on the go.
Special emphasis was placed on professional data protection: regular backups are automated and transferred to our own company-operated backup servers, where they are stored redundantly to ensure maximum reliability and business continuity.
